American Classic Exteriors gives you a lifetime labor and workmanship warranty, that is not prorated and is transferable to subsequent owners of the property. Upon the completion of the project the labor warranty and the appropriate manufacturers' warranties will be prepared by our office. Should any service be required, it will be handled appropriately.

This warranty is only valid when the property or its improvements are subject to normal use and care by the owner and provided that the owner has fully complied with all the terms, conditions and payment provisions of our contract.
